One of the best things about the holiday season is the collective excitement in giving back to others. An air of kindness and generosity brings out the best in people. Everyone at Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling strive to embody the holiday spirit all year long. On December 5th, our Summers teams in Bloomington and Columbus worked together with the Salvation Army to give back to our community.
Our Summers teams had members ringing bells at:
- Franklin, IN near Walmart between 11am to 1pm.
- Columbus, IN near Walmart between 12pm to 2pm.
- Bloomington, IN near Walmart between 12pm to 2pm.
We all had a great time giving back to the community and supporting such an inspiring organization. With their motto “Doing the Most Good,” the Salvation Army has earned a reputation of generously helping those in need. The organization’s mission is to help feed, clothe, and comfort those who are homeless, come from poverty, are hungry, are fighting addiction, and simply need a little attention and care. The members and volunteers of the Salvation Army work together to ensure that some good happens in the world.
At Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling, we understand the value of giving back. We wholeheartedly embrace this season of kindness and warmth. Our team members had a great time helping a great organization. We also got the chance to come together closely as a team. We look forward to future activities and will most likely work with the Salvation Army again to help them carry out the good work that they do!
