Mike came to do our spring A/C tune up. He was meticulous inspecting both the internal and external components, and thoroughly cleaned the outside condenser unit of the leaves and other debris that had accumulated over the winter. I feel like we're ready for that hot weather that will be coming soon, thanks Mike!

First off, just want to say very friendly staff, even scheduling someone to visit on the phone is quick & easy. As for the negatives I had with getting a brand new furnace & AC installed. #1 Agreed on a final price via the phone, but when showed up to install found out it was $500 more to get what I thought we already agreed upon. #2 First time I went to use my brand new AC it did not work. That was an uncomfortable & hot night. Turns out the outside unit wasn't even turning on at all. Not sure how this was not tested during install. It was easily fixed, as some wiring was done wrong. Definitely makes me lose allot of confidence knowing stuff wasn't fully tested. #3 Found out after the install that I would not be getting the 2-inch air filters like I was initially told. #4 After install I was told they didn't have the hardware to install an air filter right then. They would have to go back to their office & order it & I would hear back within a week so. I waited 3 weeks & heard nothing. Called them & they came out, looked at it, measured, & then went to Lowe's & bought the hardware. Not sure why they couldn't do that on install day & not sure why I didn't hear back & had to go 3 weeks without a filter.

Sam came after hours and performed above and beyond! He instantly knew what was wrong with my heating/cooling problem diagnosing it perfectly. I would highly recommend him for any job. He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We even swapped cooking recipes. ;)
