Eric was very nice and professional. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done quickly. Our heat was back on in no time and the cats were happy again. The price was very fair compared to other companies. I highly recommend Summers!

Vanessa was wonderful with scheduling. Eric came out and was very helpful & kind. The entire experience from beginning to end was a great one. The problem was corrected with our AC was corrected quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Mr Ward was such a nice, kind, and professional man. He gave me a call when he was in route. He determined the problem rapidly, but went the extra mile to educate me about plumbing verses septic issues, answering all my questions and presenting options. He was a very wise, knowledgable, and trustworthy man. The Summers group has always responded to me fairly rapidly and cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Mark was super professional and knew what he was doing. We had a clog in our main kitchen line and it took him less than an hour to clear it out. Our lines are abnormally long. He took care of that like a champ. Our baskets are offset and he had an issue getting the T line back on. Went to the truck and with some magic he fixed that issue as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a reasonably priced knowledgeable plumber.

After years of being price gouged by Tom Drexler and unhonest diagnoses--we decided to try someone new when our A/C stopped working. Came out same day, was super professional, honest, and kind. AMAZING experience. Will be using Summers from here on out! Our tech was Eric and he was the best!
