How long does a furnace tune-up take?
About 60 to 90 minutes for a standard furnace, longer for a high-efficiency unit with a condensate system or a furnace that hasn’t been serviced in years.
Do you tune up heat pumps, boilers and mini splits?
Yes. Heat pumps and mini splits are priced the same; boiler tune-ups are quoted separately because of the water-side checks. We don’t service oil furnaces.
What if my furnace fails the tune-up?
The technician shows you the issue, usually with a photo, and prices the repair before anything else happens. If the furnace is 15+ years old and the repair is major, we’ll also give you the repair-or-replace numbers.
Can I get a tune-up and a water heater flush on the same visit?
Yes. Ask when you book and we’ll schedule a technician who does both, so you pay one trip and are home once.
