Chris did an amazing job. He was very prompt, patient and polite. Really took the time to explain to us what was going on in our home. Silas was great! He called ahead as requested, was friendly with a great customer facing manner, and checked in with his senior tech to make sure he was covering all his bases before he left. He didn't mind me being nosey and asking questions to learn about how the unit works, and made sure I had his contact information to follow up with if I have any further issues or questions. Overall I was very happy with his visit today! 🙂

Furnace went out on a near 0 degree Sunday morning. Called Summers at 8:30AM and was put on stand-by list, understandable with the weather. The technician called to tell us he was on his way at 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the issue and did a temporary fix to get the heat working. He explained what happened and got us on the schedule for the next morning to install the permanent part. We expected a long chilly Sunday trying to stay warm in front of the fireplace, but with the prompt service our house was up to a comfortable temperature quickly. We have used Summers before for maintenance check ups, and the technicians have always been not only competent but professional and friendly as well.

Justin did a great job taking pictures and video to show and explain the problems he saw in my heater. I always appreciate the care Summers shows when their technicians come to our home. They are always courteous and respectful. I highly recommend the Safety & Comfort Agreement - a great bargain with 3 inspections each year!
