Placed a call to Summers, as I discovered that my water heater was leaking. Seth came out and thoroughly inspected everything He quoted me a few different options and went into detail on the benefits of each, pricing, and even explained everything again because I instantly forgot everything he said. He made sure to do a clean job and didn’t leave any mess for me to clean up after and made me feel confident in the option I chose. Thank you Seth and Summers for the quick visit!

Mathew Lipetri just came out and fixed the ducts in my crawl space, he was very professional, courteous, and efficient at doing his job. Job well done. I have been a happy customer of Summer’s PHC for over 5 years now. I have had them do repairs, installs, and maintenance. They literally employ the most nicest, respectful, patient, and capable people you can find. Most recently Jacob came to work on my furnace, and just like the other employees I met, he was on time, kind, listened to me with full attention without making me feel like I’m holding him up. While he was working I asked many questions and he would stop and answer things or explain things and never showed any frustration. Summer’s gives you a 2 hour window for your appointment time so you’re not left all day wondering when they are going to come. Then they call when the employee is on the way giving you an additional 15 minute notice before they arrive. When they complete the job they make sure you are satisfied. And even a day or two later they will call and check if you were pleased with the work done. I love Summer’s and they will always be my go to for work I need done.
