Finally, good and honest service

Wow! Haven't seen this level of service and professionalism in years. These guys were great. Knew what they were doing every step of the way. Was so impressed; got the service agreement. Dakota and Joey were top notch. You better hold on to these two. Feeling much better now that I have found people I can trust to service my home. Thanks again and we'll see you guys in the fall.

Matthew and Brandon Professional and Hardworking

Had a new central AC installed. Matthew and Brandon went above and beyond during a difficult installation that entailed moving the furnace and redoing some of the gas piping in order to properly and professionally install the AC. Cleaned up afterward and answered all questions we had. They took no breaks. They take pride in their work and are cognizant that safety and doing the job right is paramount. They are an asset to you company.

Great Experience

Our furnace went out and Summers responded within a few hours of my call. Dave, very clearly, explained options, schedule and pricing. The next day, Brandon and Matt replaced our old clunker with a complete new zoned furnace and A/C system. Very impressed with the professional and courteous attitude of everyone we dealt with at Summers. All of our questions were answered and EVERYTHING was done exactly as explained. They even left the area cleaner than when they arrived. We're very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Matt and Brandon are the best. They were very professional but exceptionally fun guys. They explained everything i needed to know about my new furnace and answered all my questions. I could tell they really loved what they do and were very knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend

I purchased a flipped house which was done very poorly and all of the bathroom plumbing was installed backwards. I called Summers and they sent someone out within 24 hours and they addressed all the problems and had everything fixed and working as it should within an hour. They took me thru all the work that was done and had me test everything before they left. Super responsive and professional. Quality work at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company!

Matthew & Brandon were awesome!

Summers provided excellent customer service from our initial contact with them. Dave came out the same day to inspect the furnace and helped us select a top-of-the-line model. Matthew and Brandon were here the next morning to do the install. In spite of unforeseen problems that made the job last much longer than anticipated, both Matt and Brandon worked above and beyond to get the job finished and make sure we had heat today. We're very happy we contacted Summers!

VERY satisfied customer!

My family and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the service we have received from Summers. Dave was one of the inspectors that came out to our house the same day that we called to have someone come. He was very clear in his explanations of the products and services offered to us. The next day we had our furnace installed by Matthew and Branden. They arrived an hour earlier than we were told (which was awesome!) and got straight to work. Matthew and Branden went above and beyond what the job called for. They stayed and made sure that they got the furnace installed and that it worked properly. They were very professional and took the time to explain things to my mother and I, when they ran into unexpected problems, they made sure to tell us as well. I would highly recommend using Summers for any of your heating/cooling or plumbing needs.

Great Service!!

I have to say this is the best service ever! I called on a Saturday afternoon & was able to get someone. The customer service rep was very friendly & had the technician give me a call. I was so shocked to have repairs done on a weekend. Dave was great & didn't take long to repair my AC. I really didn't know much about the company, so he gave me the history & explained all the services & plans. Thanks so much for everything!!:)
