Summers™ Plumbing Heating & Cooling South Bend

We have had a very good experience so far. We just joined the yearly maintenance program and had our furnace checked today. They are very thorough and we are happy. I really like their communications and getting a text with their picture so we know who is coming. That is nice. Kyle was wonderful today and sat after he was done and explained everything to us.

Had them clean out a drain inside the house. Did a nice job. Seth was personable and explained what he was going to do. Got right to work and completed the job quickly and successfully. Would recommend and use again.

It was Saturday night and we discovered a plumbing backup. I called Summers and someone answered promptly, Travis was out in about an hour and resolved the issue. He did not have a camera to scope the line but Summers sent someone out during the week to evaluate the overall situation at no charge. Both Travis and Noah were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We decided to sign up for their annual maintenance package which saved us a lot of money on the emergency visit. Very satisfied with the service.

Our furnace went out last night and I called Summer's Plumbing Heating and Cooling. The dispatcher was polite and dispatched Frank to my house. Frank did an excellent job. He was dispatched quickly. He explained what the issue was in great detail and was efficient in fixing it. Thank you for a job well done. I would recommend Summers to others.

A huge thank you to Justin Jamieson. He is very professional and very honest. This is the second time that I had Justin over to the house. He helped me out so much. He is such a very polite very easy-going guy to get to know his work is exceptional and he just makes you feel so glad that you had the pleasure to get to know him. He’s highly qualified with so many different things and he gets right down to it And then he’s got time to move on. He’s a very busy man. His work is exceptional. I can’t say enough about Justin. If you ever have the pleasure to meet him you’re one lucky person. But trust me when I say this, I am a senior citizen and he explains everything he’s licensed. You want professional work you want it done right? Get a hold of his company. Ask for him. Let him send some of his other men to the house whoever you get you’ve got highly qualified men that know everything they’re doing. A zillion stars and plus for this entire company.
