Our repair experience with Summers was outstanding. Curtis was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in every regardl. I especially appreciate how soon he responded to our service request, how well he diagnosed and explained the problem and necessary repairs, and how quickly and neatly he performed all the work in a tight space. That Curtis managed this without making any extra work for us to patch up drywall and even came in under his initial work estimate is beyond impressive. I'll trust him to handle any work we need in the future. So glad we called Summer first; they're simply the best.

Kirsten at Summers helped get someone out within a few hours when we woke up to water leaking from an upstairs shower. Chad came out and did an excellent job! He was communicative, informative, and personable. He diagnosed and fixed our issue same day—and was so quick! They definitely helped us breathe easy after a stressful morning. I can’t speak to a fix more complex than ours, but we have zero critiques of their work and service.

I was very happy with our heat and a/c check up today. Our Maintenance Technician, Caleb Deckard was very professional and did a great job explaining what he was checking, showing me how efficient our system was running and pointing out any possible problems or remedies. He also spotted a serious problem, and fixed it, with our vent pipe from the furnace/water heater. Unknown to us, it had come apart and was leaking Carbon monoxide into our home! We are sooooo thankful for his knowledge and his immediate concern to fix this now!! We are glad we have Summers Plumbing,Heating & Cooling annual check ups and great technicians like Caleb.

I highly recommend Curtis at Summers. We had a plumbing emergency with sewage backing up in our bathtubs. He was friendly and so articulate. We trusted him immediately. He assessed and corrected the problem within an hour. He also went out of his way to describe the process and to answer all our questions. We will be requesting him as needed in the future!
